ive got insoles specially made for me but they dont seem to do a lot thanks anyway
they sent me a lump sump figure of 34 weeks pay and 9 weeks notive pay but no shares is that right??
It depends on how long you have been with the company and in the share scheme as toi wether you get them or not. but if you still have the share pack that was sent to you originally, the advice is in the back.
Think by memory the shares were for 6 years payable in 2011/12 so you would have to be in post by 2007....I would guess... For a full timer there worth £1100...

Don't RM usually pay you IHR and not with pension as the first is considered you are unlikely to do your job as a postman due to your illness.
The with pension is when you can't do the job as a postman and not fit to do any job until retirement age. Thus hard to prove if you are only fifty?

IHR with lump sum..in other words is RM telling you that they tell will not wait for you to recover from your illness and this is one way to get you off their books...In a few months the IHR terms will look a bit more attractive then TMA as that is going to be limited to 26 weeks pay ..compared to 34 for IHR...

Hi, i got IHR , your condition sounds like what mine was, Plantar Fascitis Im 100% recovered now from it but it was very painful and even to drive was painful. Check out the Plantar. Good Luck. I left and now am running my own business 1.5 years now and love it

OOps-forgot the shares were hi jacked for your 'bonus' payments --re the agreement, so probably no pay out!
