That probably explains the delay. Each new Manager will have to review all the evidence gathered up to then, before they can take it farther. Isn't there a limit to how many different Managers they can pass it on to, before they have to drop the case?

dont know andy but this is the 3rd manager who has had my case

That's really taking the p**s. I know that cases can be passed up to a higher ranking Manager, if they're going for a penalty that the original one isn't asuthorised to give. But that's only 2 Managers. It doesn't explain the 3rd one. And besides, they have to tell you if it's being passed up.

yip,was interviewed at f/f the manager decided i had a case to answer,then passed it on,never even got to be interviewed by that manager then it was passed onto the manager who interviewed me

A senior manager can pass the case back down if he feels any peanalty nesscary is within the line mangers authority to give.

At that stage the interview should be arranged ASAP by the original manager.

I can understand that Big Daz. But why would it be passed onto a 3rd Manager, rather than the original one?
I could understand it if Geefaetheeast had requested a different Manager to handle the case, for whatever reason. But that doesn't seem to have happened.
