Maybe the government should scrap it altogether like they have the ID card scheme and the new passports.
What will happen to my office, the van sharing is already in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Right well tomorrow morning you go and park them in the field next to those 10,000 dingo said were waiting to be rolled out, next to the field with the 2 million HCTs also waiting to be rolled out, the door to doors have already been rolled out - oh and the weight on the shoulder aspect of HS - as Higson and his cronies say - "cheers losers".
Only the extremely gullible would have believed all the bullshit put out by RM - and they are actually paid to supposedly negotiate

Well i'm not sure how true this is but without the new delivery methods most of the agreement falls on it's a*se.
No longer delivery spans......No delivery methods revision....No new attendance patterns if your stuck with a 3.5hr del span and no indoor work to make up the time.
No way of growing the packets/tracks/D2D markets if you can't carry the stuff.....it just gets better and better this farce.

Why all the negativity surrounding the new deal ? Okay so some parts of the agreement will probably not work out as promised, but the part where we do more work for less money seems to be working fine!

And we also got told that the vans we where due to get in October have now been postponed until next year.
So much for getting the weight off your shoulder saying the D2D`s have increased this week.

Has your IPS gone down at all?
No the only thing that has gone are the mech bundles we still have a shed load of s**t to sort.
Royal Mail managers.....about as popular as a t.urd in a swimming pool!
The DDA/Equality Act demands action,NOT words......adjustments NOT Occupational Health referrals.Case No:2505901/09
Royal Mail is an Equal Opportunities Employer..It discriminates against everybody.

Yes of course it will be after all this is the new age, new understanding, trust and mutual respect and ......................no really I can't go on
of course silly me. keep forgetting the managers are our new best friends.our gaffer walks around with a face like bad fat, he hasnt a clue whats going on. only thing he knows is how to put people on a conduct charge
not in the least bit surprised, I was expecting this,of course I suppose that all the bonuses linked to the implemention of said schemes will also be put back.and please do not anyone think that because some parts of the agreement have now been renaged on, there office will ever replace staffing levels etc they won't. Next of course, the new hi tech trollies etc will be held back. and the much longed for WSM--we've been waiting 3 years--unlike the red vans, these are not bought in bulk, they have to be made to order and it takes a long to for even one to be produced-----
My D.O is having a NWS revison this year and the WS revision is due twowards the end of year 2/start of year 3 of the transformation plan. Weve allways been at the back end of WS roll out, so nothing to worry about in terms of when the lump sums get paid.
