A while back i informed my dom i would be cutting off due to unmanageable workloads, he seemed to think otherwise, that i was slacking not going fast enough. So he got one of the linos to count all the mail in the frame, after he worked the figures out his conclusion was that i didn't meet the 25 letter per minute prep rate, and if i left any mail in the frame i would be on a conduct code. So he basically said take the walk out! i went over by 40 minutes but dom only let me claim 20!!
Everything in your post is wrong, was the rep involved?

We have been having trouble booking O/T ,manager doubting the validity of time being claimed for so we cured it in one fal swoop, we just said what we could'nt do and left it on the frame even when we asked if it was fine to book he was well you know dither dither so now staff are cutting off ,our delivery's have been over 3.5 since peggie 2 and we have tested a number of delivery's and they have all gone over but still nout has been done we have had plenty of well your not preping fast enough or your not walking fast enough so we call their bluff.
