You have missed the point. D2D is not contracted to RM it is open to other service providers, remember not all of delivery do D2D so if the companies producing the D2D figure out that putting 10 D2Ds in one evevelope then I am afriad you will only get paid for the ONE EVELOPE! Come on! joined up thinking!

Its solid fact RM wanted to keep the DTD money, that we have moved them is good and well done to Bob G . The question is will the membership be happy with how far we have moved RML? If the members think RML need to be/can be moved further, then fair enough.
