Sorry guys but i just cant see it. Even though we were being totally shafted before xmas not all our people came out on strikeand thats us.
When i started over 20 years ago the counter staff used to support us in a strike now they are dead against us striking and just blame us for the extra hassle they get.
But look at how counter staff have been transformed from RMG staff to franchise staff. They are jhust private sector workers working on a contract their employer has been awarded/purchased.
One has to ask if there is a deunionise strategy as part of the reasoning to franchised counters outlets?
