I had never heard of this cheering when someone comes in late before i worked for RM  Seems a bit childish to me as the poor guy coming in late may have been up half the night with family problems. That,s all you need to help (a big cheer!!) But what really hacks me of is when someone comes in 30 mins to an hour late and still finishs before others :no no

Lateness in my old DO was a bad thing... They were shite hot on it.... You are aloud 7 mins grace for lateness but its then if you are late more than 2s in a week that is taken away. The fellas never let anyone get in Late as if you did the whole office would bang and shout on the IPS frames as soon as you walked in... Impossible to sneak in.... Was funny tho... Everyone got the same treatment.. Even the screws... The DO was a great place to start your RM career.. We got shat on by screws but the craic was funny and we did get away with murder with banter and fights and singing... One xmas on the thru.. We all start singing and making so much noise the local flats opposite come across and complained.. Nothing really changed much just a change of song...

SILENT NIGHT... went down a storm...Then the Early bird watch was funny.. We had a sweep on the first dickhead thru the door and they got slaughtered.. 2 and a half hours was the earlyest ever.. We did drive a few screws mad.... One locked himself in the office and turned all the lights off, screaming at us to piss off and be quiet.. Work got done and we went home happy... Or covered a walk on O/T. Late now is a joke.... It never gets picked up on in most DO's and Our MC is , IF YA FACE FITS......

OUT..

DONT LET YA ALARM GO BACK ON SNOOOOOOOZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZE!!

This happened in my old D O all the time, not only cheering but banging on the side of sorting frames, there was no chance of sneaking in. :dance :dance :Very Happy :Very Happy
