Will we get a pay rise ?

im getting a pay rise end of jan ..

end of first 6 months :)

then another one 6 months later . the year pay rise :)

then im gettin paid the same as a 30 year service guy :D

and hopefully get a pay rise on top of that :)

and WTF would i want union subs comin out my wages for ...

theyve done f all but lose me wages for meaningless strikes so far!

Not quite true 30 year service guy will still have most of his allowances which you won't get no matter how long you last.

haha wont be lasting much longer my walk has had about 5 guys quit in a few yeasr before i started .

its physically exhausting and detramental to my health family life etc.

but i gotta keep pushing

i need a new bike.
