hi folks
gonna put in a greivance soon through hr framework as i dont agree with the outcome can someone answer something please when did the (way forward agreement) come into place i believe it was the end of 2007 if so would this even apply to me as i was doing 5:15am starts from the start of 2007.

The first Way Forward agreement came about in 2004 I think or perhaps earlier, there have been some changes but as you have been able to put in a grievance based on that since then, any changes should have no bearing on the adminstration of your grievance .
In fact if your grievance is based on not getting early shift allowance then that definitely started in 2004 or before the only thing that may affect it was the P&M Agreement 2007 which effectively made the 5am shift move 1 hour to 6am, but if you were coming in at 5:15 and others qualified and were paid but you were not, then yes you have enough of a reason to put in a grievance.
