What if the agreement does get a no, though. Do we return to IA, do we get the negotiators return to the table, do we ignore the negotiators and carry on in individual groups making deals office by office. One thing is for certain, unless the deal is a good one, the union should be looking at the alternatives, because if there is a no vote RM will carry on as before.

The way forward was a no vote first time around, perhaps that is our clue. :hmmmm
A bit of tinkering then a re-vote with a yes vote 2nd time around.

Even you TBT must get tired of the regurgitated ones. To be fair I skip them but some weeks that doesn't leave much left. Besides, your comment/reply is the same surely as "if you don't like working for royal mail then leave". It just amazes me how many of the regulars on here are one day talking about solidarity and the next about leaving.
