Yeah i think the same myself that hes in the wrong job and R/M did know about his medical condition before employing him.

This is what baffles me about R/M why employ someone that has a long term medical condition that they know is going to have to take a lot of time off.

But when that time comes they start to break there balls over it just doesnt add up another instance of the mad management style thats rife in R/M.

Equal opportunities apply, they can't descriminate just because someone has a disability. I believe he must be given the job if he's best applicant disregarding the disability. If they kick up a fuss he should warn them he's being discriminated against - same as racism in the eyes of the law.

From a cynical RM point of view,like every major employer they have their quota to fill.

Yeah i understand all that equall opportunity shite it just seems silly to me but i suppose until im in a position of bad health i will never fully understand the logic applied by R/M.
