So far a area agreement 18 working days commencing Thursday 10th December for all overtime booked to be paid at S/A rate not that the difference between overtime and S/A rate is worth getting excited for. Finishes the 2nd Jan which means there is one day spare which I willbe asking the DOM to use on Sunday the 20th when we have the xmas sunday packet dels as well as collections so more people can benefit.

Locally mangers will allow us to start one hour early at S/A rate this willbe the first 30 mins as IPS and the 2nd lot of 30 mins for prep. Our IPS starts at 6.10 am so at 6.10 am the mbr will have had 40 mins on thier delivery frame.

Original plan was start this on Monday 14th through to xmas eve, but management are now thinking about starting this earlier. Discussions with the DOM will I hope take place Monday morning and I will be suggesting he starts the 1 hour early start on overtime starts Thursday the 10th which is the area agreement for when the xmas pressure period starts.
