Now so many people have taken redundancy the gaps have been filled with many casual workers. I can't see why they can't just let us take time off when we need it as there are so many casuals that can fill in the holiday spots. We have alot of casuals on the books because only half the rounds have been changed over to the new mega sized quoted. That's all going to change in January when they plan to push through the rest of the office, all being done by February. So much for things being put on hold with this interim calm, the schedule has been drawn up and it has been made clear that come January no matter what is agreed its going ahead
