With absolute due respect to the mod , his PMC & RMC non - de - plume or whatever they call them was not really intended to hide his true ID - being relatively unfront . Let's just say it wouldn't be that hard for RM to speculate who was behind the monicker .
RM's line would be that everyone knew about a certain manager & what had gone on and it wouldn't be hard for people to work who he was and they'd say being mentioned on RMC constituted harassment .
I think RM would have to take legal action demanding IP addresses etc , they can put two and two together and make five even but that's all they can do . Legal Action has been taken out against people on footy message boards by Directors etc .
thankyou anotherlimey for your kind support as it means a great deal to me i just want to get on with things ive lived in northern ireland 6years an i just want to move back home to be near all my family so to be stuck here with no job at xmas isnt nice an my babies are only 15mths an 29mths its hard work on your own but if i have a chance an win next wk i dont think im allowed to transfer to another office if you have a warning

Guy at work won an appeal. Had his dismissal reduced to a 2 year serious.
The reason was the union found out someone at a different mail centre had committed the same offence and was not sacked.
I suggest you try to find out if anyone has done what you have done and not been dismissed for it, use this as an example of unfairness.
You need the union on your side because they will have access to the information you require.
Not sure of the time frames involved in getting the answer to your appeal though.

well ive had my appeal i just have to wait an see what the outcome is from that i hope to hear soon but with xmas on the way thats gonna slow things up
what happens to shity x manager for not doing the correct procedues for sacking me do they get warnings an does the appeal manager approach them i would love to see his ugly mug for doing everything wrong

yes ive had my appeal but the appeal manager has to look into it further an interview folk involved bu i have to wait on his notes taken on the day to go through them an make sure everything said was ok before he can contact the relevant folk does it not look good still as if your sucsesful do you get the desicition there an then

Right, I assume you are not on pay now?
If the appeal manager has to look into it further, it could mean thats good for you, but dont bank on it!
It could also mean that the appeal manager may put it to the RM solictors for advice.
You need to put an IT in or an ET now, do not delay it Sharon.
no ive had no pay since nov my union rep said that the manager has made a complete balls up of the interview an my appeals manager said ive been set up an they have not followed the right procedures as there was another lad an hes still working where as i got sacked i should of been conciledfor what i did but was not i still have all my uniform an also the key to the premisis do i not have to wait until i get his dicition first before i can go to an it but ive only got till january as that to do that but if i win i wil recive all my pay from the day i got dismissed im just hoping i do win can i go off sick if i win as im needing an operation which ive al ready turned down for them
