Im sure thats what RM want to hear, just a few more like you and all would be lost. NO UNION NO CHANCE is how see it and as for the 2007 agreement we all had a chance to see it before voting on it, i like many voted NO to it, but was out voted and had to make the best of it. This time around whatever the final deal is it will still be better than whats on offer at the moment which is RM doing everything by EA and having lost 18 days pay i'll give our union a chance to get a deal

I agee with you as if we did not have the cwu fighting our corner were would we be now, totally beaten into submission.
I do believe we will have a far better result than most of my fellow rm workers are expecting, we just have to have the balls to fight this lot, and yes I have also lost 18 days and am willing to loose a lot more if we need, and those that only lost 2 days and are bleating about the loss saying why well if by anychance we do you will soon find out, but we wont
wardroom your 100% right and despite many negative posts on here i still think were in the majority in giving our union a chance to get the best deal they can, after that it's upto us to vote on the deal and if accepted then it's down to each office, local rep and area rep to stick together and get the best they can out of it. After the 2007 agreement thats what happened in my office, which resulted in our office moving to a 4 day week when we were ready to and partly on our terms
