Magnum ice skates is it worth a claim!

I went over on ice/snow in January whilst wearing Magnums, don't think I can make a case against the Magnums but I have put a form into the CWU (LS3 form) and also put a form into the DWP for Industrial Accident Benefit as I'm still having problems with my leg, so that may be a start for you.

Just received a load of paperwork from Simpson Millar, just forms/contract to sign, does that mean they are taking my case? as it does'nt say either way.

Sorry but it's not guaranteed they will take your case on, they took almost 3 months to tell me that there was a less than 50/50 chance of winning my case so would not take it further, I felt cheated to say the least.

Had another appointment at the hospital today was given Lidocaine & steroid injections it was also recommended that I buy a Tens machine for my leg. Whats the chances that RM will pay for that as its £35 and I can't afford it? I take it'll be a big fat NO

Royal mail know how dangerous the Magnums shoes were.
We all got told not to ware then if its raining. We got told this in our wtl.
So yes go ahead and sue.

I slipped on some wood while wearing the crap Magnums last year, this resulted in an operation and months off work then physio and it wasn't even a wet day. Think it had been dry all week!
