Pegasus and phase 3 bonus `questions`

At my place a few years ago before i went there,peggy gave us 5 duties,which of course was when it was scrapped.
We've had threats of 'we'll use peggy on you',well we cant wait! bring it on suckers!

yea we had that happen as well. i think it said something like 6 extra duties for our office. it died a horrible death and we never heard anything else about it.

We got told today by our cluster Dom that were starting the pegasus thing after xmas and losing another 3 walks.

errrr how does he know peggy will throw up 3 walks to go???

Also get your branch onto this,there is NO agreement on using it!!

A (near) couple of years ago when I joined RM , on delivery, the Pegasus team came in to do a presentation. Even with my little experience in the job (about 6 weeks) I was able to ask a couple of pertinent questions. The Pegasus team rejected my questions ; as I did not have enough experience to ask!!!!

I spoke to the DOM after and said ' you have been told how many rounds/duties you need to cut and that Pegasus will be tweaked to enable that. I got agreement.

It's a very basic thing here. You set a target for reduction; you look at the amount of people/rounds in each office and do simple math. Then you adjust the software to meet your goals.

Or am I being a cynic.

I have been asking for my walk to be tested since the summer ,the old porkie lino told me "we are not testing any more walks due to vans coming in (sept) "New fresh faced lino said "thats not right we will get the walks tested",6 weeks later after asking every week when are you going to test my walk stressed faced lino says can't do it until after Christmas this is the same lino that called a certain panorama postie slow
