Once again mate be careful at work, Royal Mail will look to protect em and they're not worth losing your job over, I have found that the best thing to do is turn you're back on em when you see em coming, or just walk past em as if they're not there, they know what they have done and they have to live with the shame of it.
I'm pretty sure some workers were arrested for blocking access for strike breakers in the west mids? In any case, some issues such as this are clearly troublesome for workers* and you can see both points of view.. that's all I can say on the matter really (and even then I can see this message being edited/deleted).
*Not strike breakers of course, I see their point of view as worthless and crap. Of course, it's harder with newly hired temp workers.. but still if they scab duing an active strike, they are doing a disservice too....
