I think that comes into bringing Royal Mail into disrepute (if that's possible) which they can sack you for (its in the contract I think). This is something that in the forces they can put you away for.Well I am basing my facts on when a postie was disciplined for beating up someone on the way home, they stated he was representing Royal Mail as he was in uniform, however i am happy to stand corrected.
