Managers Spanish Practices?

Hj4k, if you're not happy with the union arrangements become the Office Rep yourself!

I am allowed to leave before the missorts, and any for my duty are supposed to be dealt with by the management.
They are always still there for the next day! Nothing has been said by any visiting higher management!

Am seriously thinking about it but am unsure if i have the nessecery experiance for such a role. Because i stick up for myself (and the select few who do the job properly) i am largely left alone by the DIM and i'm not sure i would want to make myself a target for the DIM's underhand , deceitful tricks when i don't think i would get the support of the spineless majority when the sh*t invariably hits the fan!

Always the problem, our Rep is fighting a losing battle when they all come in early and use cars. The fact you are thinking about it shows the spirit needed to battle the managers. As I keep banging on to everyone ask for everything in writing or as to see the evidence the DIM is trying to force on you!
