coxie you are still absorbing because the managers bonuses are based on the amount of money you are saving them, and i know that in the office i work in that all the postman moan like f**k about absorbing yet they are coming in early, helping the managers throw off the absorbed walks, running round both there own walk and the absorbtion, coming back to the office just standing around doing nothing at 12-30,
So while all that is going on, and im sure its not just in my office, it puts your union rep in a totally pointless position of arguing that it shouldnt be done yet you have prats showing it can be done. Till everyone works to rule everyday come rain or shine and not just when it suits people, you will all still absorb and all still earn your managers another fat bonus.
what makes me laugh even more is these same prats that work in favour of the managers are the ones harping on about how great the strikes are, do they not realise its down to them that it is so f***ing bad, we have been told for years, take your meal breaks, dont run, dont use your cars etc etc yet they still do and still look bemused when the union reps say its YOUR f***ing fault your working harder than ever
