Do they really think that we are that stupid not too strike for a " Quadrant Cream Cake ".Well Mr fenton you are welcome to mine ,or just reduce your order by one less then you can tell Alan and Adam you have saved them some money.
My guess is u r either not a CWU member or one of the ones that are and are too scared to stand up for better pay or even worse let other CWU members do it for you.!! :mad :mad :mad :mad

Mmm, let me think... (scratches chin then head)

Shall I enjoy a (?) luxuriously made jam doughnut or strike for the future of every RM worker in the UK? (scratches chin)

What a very difficult choice... (scratches head then rolls eyes like a demented monkey keyer)

What a LOAD of BULLSHIT!

I really can't understand why Lord Fenton has 'tempted' staff with this offer - if this is his idea then I am stunned. If this is what he has been advised to do (by MP, CM or JC) then I would be even more worried.

I think the MDEC Management need to wake up a bit and use a few more brain cells - if they can find them.

Lets be clear about a few things...

MDEC cakes will be out of the Plymouth MDECs budget

It would have been decided locally by Management

Nothing to do with Allan Leighton

Nothing to do with being sensible nor caring nor recognising efficiency or loyalty

Basically a GREAT idea (tongue in cheek) from a GREATLY INTELLIGENT (firmly in cheek) and MISGUIDED Management Team at Plymouth MDEC

They can keep their cakes because the branch will make sure that those outside are served from our BBQ.

Branch will be leafletting outside MDEC on Tuesday / Wednesday about the dispute to follow up on last Fridays successful effort (management are fuming).

Any volunteers to help before or after shift please contact Chris Webb at chriswebbcwu@yahoo.co.uk
I would accept bbq any day over the mdec cakes, they always seem so stodgy. Lets hope its not tipping it down with rain like today.
