What newspaper was this first reported in?

I recognise the name of John Sloan. Is he (was) an area manager for FK/KY postcodes now ?

This is pretty incredible the press haven't got hold of this story properly. It plays right into the hands of the CWU when the talk about gross mis-management. Come on CWU, make a BIG issue of this and get the press on side. This is damning on Royal Mail, and needs more exposure.

I first saw a small piece in the Guardian.I do not know if the Scottish press made a bigger deal of it.Nice to see some names being put to the story.Lets keep digging.

Managers greed and lies got hem caught and its no the sack they should get its the f..... jail thieving b....... and although it seems to be senior managers there must be a strong possibility local managers would have known what was going on it just remains to be seen if they will get caught up in it all.

Of course every single DOM knew what was going on.This was the list of key customers that was cascaded down to evey delivery office. One told me he had the list but never looked at it.Can you imagine a kid being caught with the answers during an exam but keeping their straight A because "they never looked at it".Every single DOM in Glasgow at least should be removed from their position because they all knew and said and did nothing. They are all guilty, useless thieving bastards.Every single penny they reeived in bonuses should be paid back. But also how much higher up the food chain does it go.Either they knew and should be sacked or they didn't know in which case they are all incompetent bastards and should be sacked. :cfo :mfo :lfo
Our sector manager was Gerry Macauley.Rumour has it he is a FORMER sector manager.

Guess the mail room at Barlinnie Prison will soon be full of ex-RM senior managers. :left: Postcomm in on the act on this, so I hear, so looks like a stretch in HMP for some of these money-grabbing b@stards.

The media really need to get hold of this story properly and kick up a stink, becoz that's what it is.

To be honest, I'm surprised they haven't. We already know that the Press come on here. Because we've been quoted in the past. So they can't claim that they weren't aware of it.
