I was a seagull attack and kill a pigeon in Edinburgh city centre a few weeks back. Fooking thing swooped out of the sky and pecked the poor pigeon till it was dead.
I am a postman and I kept the faith and I kept voting, not for new labour but for the working man.

I saw a crow do that in my back garden. It then ripped it open and ate it's insides.
A fox took what was left during the night.
I've seen the same crow trying to attack a squirrel on the side of a tree, but the
squirrel managed to get away.

Ive had massive problems for the past 2 weeks, must be breeding season as they seem to be pairing up with nests on roofs.

One Cul de sac is particularly bad, had about 4 of them swooping for me today.

Things ive found that have slightly helped;

Take off your high vis as you enter the area

Walk slowly but confidently, keep an eye on the seagulls and make eye contact

If they start diving at you, wave the bundle your holding above your head(That keeps them quite high, so you shouldnt have to duck as they come towards you)

Never be tempted to run away, they will sense the weakness and only get worse.

Having said this i still find it pretty scary and will have a word with my manager if the problem gets any worse, i shouldnt have to put up with this on a daily basis.

Anyone got anymore tips?
