Yes. :Applause anyone that had purchased extra leave was paid back if they wanted the money or along with those that were owed leave they could have second leave pick the office leave ceiling was raised to open up all the extra leave slots that were needed. All in, our office was owed over a 1000 days, in some cases people were paid a lot of money. :Applause

It's just happened to a guy in my office. FT'er, good worker but has been off a few times with genuine medical problems. Lost his appeal even though his doctor wrote him a letter of support.

RM's letter to dismiss the appeal said they do not recognise the problems he has with illness. Unbelievable, I think a tribunal will be next and I hope he wrings a fortune out of them.

All RM see is the opportunity to get rid of another FT'er who will never be replaced.
