Well i still sweat a lot cos I like to do the job fast and with the weight of the mail in the bag makes it just like a work out .

I lost just under 3 stone in the 1st year I was here . I was then put onto a driving duty in another office for 3 months then I was off on annual leave for a month and in that 4 months i reckon ive put on just under a stone

I found a strange yellowish stain on my shirt today, under the pocket, and I looked at it, and wondered about it, then took out my baccy to roll a fag, and realised the sweat had leached out the nicotine from loose flakes of tobacco in the pocket.....and I didn't even get a major sweat on this week!
I don't suppose your mouth bleeds every 28 days, does it?

If that's what a little bit of tobacco does to your shirt, just imagine what it's doing to your lungs

Compared to what the job does to the rest of my body ( and mind ), I think smoking & drinking should be subsidised by RM
