The point seems to be lost that the more PTers coming in early the more FT jobs that are being carved up because RM NEVER see a true reflection of any office that allows this to continue. How can FTers do the job properly if the PTers just please themselves???

PT don't need to come in early in our DO because they are given too much Prep time and not enough delivery time.

Full Time: 8 hrs (05:45 - 13:45)
05:45 - 06:15 IPS
06:15 - 07:00 Prep
07:00 - 07:30 IPS
07:30 - 08:15 Prep
08:15 - 08:30 IPS
08:30 - 09:00 Prep & Bundle
09:00 - 09:10 Travel to Duty
09:10 - 12:40 Delivery
12:40 - 12:50 Travel Back
12:50 - 13:30 Meal Relief
13:30 - 13:45 free time paid for with nothing to do

Part Time: 6½ hrs (06:30 - 13:00)
06:30 - 09:00 Prep & Bundle
09:00 - 09:10 Travel to Duty
09:10 - 12:40 Delivery
12:40 - 12:50 Travel Back
12:50 - 13:20 Meal Relief
13:00 - 13:20 Daily overtime for those not compelled to rush to be done on time

As you can imagine the office is losing 15 mins every day for each FT Member of staff, and 20 mins daily for each PT member of staff. It makes you wonder why we're failing to meet targets!

If you had used the report feature I could have addressed it in fairer way but you accused someone of doing exactly what you did in your reply to his post so I deleted yours as it contained nothing of interest in the discussion and edited out his parts that fell foul of the rules, it was the fairest way to do it.

Again everyone who thinks someone is breaking the rules the use the report feature and we can take action when we see the report. Its difficult to be fair if members respond to a rule breach by breaking those same rules.

Now I have broken the rules POSTMAN set us by replying to a complaint about moderating rather than just deleting it but hopefully this will reinforce the message to EVERYONE.

DO NOT INSULT.
NO NOT CALL PEOPLE MANAGERS OR UNION FANATICS
DO NOT REPLY TO SOMETHING YOU THINK HAS BROKEN THE RULES

USE THE REPORT FEATURE

Part Time: 6½ hrs (06:30 - 13:00)
06:30 - 09:00 Prep & Bundle
09:00 - 09:10 Travel to Duty
09:10 - 12:40 Delivery
12:40 - 12:50 Travel Back
12:50 - 13:20 Meal Relief
13:00 - 13:20 Daily overtime for those not compelled to rush to be done on time
PTimers: 6 hour day is split as

0800 - 0930 - Preppring own duty (1hr 30 minutes)
0930 - 0940 - 10 minute or 30 minute break (up to individual)
0940 - 0955 Traveling to duty
0955 - 1325 Delivery (3hrs 30 minutes)
1325 - 1340 Traveling back or pouching off
1340 - 20 minute MR if not taken whole break.
These are the P/T hours in TBT and Himaggen offices, now the first thing to say is that a P/T duty can not spilt there m/r and they can not take it at the end of there duty, so both of these 318's are not following correct procedures, it is also amazing that someone on a 6hr 30 day gets 2hr 30 to prep a walk and someone on 6hrs gets 1hr 30min, they show the trouble that we and the union have got ourselves into, when basically 318's are a load of b#llick's and bear no relation to fact, how can every walk take the same time to get to the first point of delivery(mind you it's 15 min's in TBT and 10 in Himaggen) and exactly the same to get back :cry
