Completely impossible in my office, even on a Tuesday (because they reduced the hours) it can't be done within the rules and I sometimes feel alone whenever I cut-off.Big Daz wrote:I can do the job properley and get done within my time most days but thursdays are a right nightmare.

Then do your job to the time provided , make sure you abide by the rules or the IB will have course to question you,HOWEVER refuse all interviews with them have union present refuse to answer thier questions refuse a taped interview at ALL COSTS BELIEVE ME YOU WILL THANK ME FOR IT, if they then believe you have committed a criminal offence rather than an internal proceedure gone wrong insist you speak to police officers but my advice is remain SILENT AT ALL TIMES to police and IB , by doing this you will not incriminaye yourself should you be in court...TRUST ME I KNOW,,it is up to the police and the CPS if they have case in which to prosecute you..if they do the Royal Mail will book a court themselves for thier case against you to get you convicted if you are in court and plead not gulity it is your RIGHT to insist on MODE /VENUE OF TRIALin this case ask for your case to go to crown court if you plead not guilty.AVOID MAGISTRATES COURTS any trial there will be bias towards the IB and RM however you could easily convince a jury that you are innocent of WILFULLY delaying mail the RM will try and avoid this situation they do not want a crown court case as you will high light how thier own work practices basically contradict the postal services act..and anyone who works as a postie will tell you that the rules are bollox..........tread carefully, anything you need to know i will advise as you have rights under criminal and employment law.My friend had the RM in aboslute knots for the best part of 18 months and its still goin on.disgruntledpostie1 wrote:Completely impossible in my office, even on a Tuesday (because they reduced the hours) it can't be done within the rules and I sometimes feel alone whenever I cut-off.Big Daz wrote:I can do the job properley and get done within my time most days but thursdays are a right nightmare.
