when rationalisation of management tiers is reviewed ,we will most probably see a side to managers who are concerned about their jobs and future .this also involves all training depts as the private sector can match or better ours financially .

1. Pension deficit will be a big problem, if this is not resolved.
2. The Hooper Report will be reviewed and if RM is not part-privatised, there will be major changes from within and I mean starting from the top.
3. In general people that work for private companies will be panicing whether their jobs are safe than people working in public companies.
