Just take your time inform the manager with said butty in gob that you cannot complete in your hour's take a few mate's who feel the same way as you do as witness and get them to do the same after all they have had their break and fill for the day they can work it off their fat carcase's!.

Our dom burnt his hand cooking some bacon the other day. I said "Don't worry just rub some oinkment in it" Should be better in about a Weeeeeeek!!!!!. (sorry couldn't resist it).

Quadrant send them a bill which is paid out of petty cash. it's just a little morale-booster.
