It's maximum 12 depending on length of service, I think it's as simple as 1 years service = 1 weeks pilon, 2 years = 2 weeks and so on up to the maximum 12.

Has anyone taken ihr and then got another job ?

For example if you’ve been ihr from this because you can’t manage your illness and do this job but you get another one that’s more suitable to your disability, what’s the process there ?

I thought there was some sort of pension issue with it🤷‍♂️
