Even doing double mail this time of the year is a struggle on most rounds, which have been extended over they years, so we've no chance at peak. RM should have stated by just dropping Saturday 2c and then used what they found from that move to guide them on further reductions, i.e. Tuesday 2c eventually being dropped, then the move to the ODM, as mail dropped even further, assuming it does.
