Im not being funny but if I was on the shitty new contract and part time I wouldn't be doing this job. Completely unfair.

That’s why no one stays, they come in on these terms and expected to walk 10 miles a day on the rounds no one wants with a bag on their back. When the union says it would cost x amount to level up, what they mean is Royal Mail have saved that amount by not levelling up
