Row deepens over plan to insulate private investors

I tend to agree that if we had had a Con"us"servative Government trying this same exact scenario on then the CWU would have come out all guns blazing and we would have had a lot of public support. But because its a Labour Government, and in despite of its failed Blue rinse policies, some Left of Centre and Left, Leaders are stuck in an quandary. Do they support Labour in a desperate attempt to keep the Tories out of power, and in doing so abrogate their responsibilities to the public, and even go against long held beliefs. Or perhaps once these Leaders and Politicians realise they should be trying to get Labour back into being the Party for the Working Class, and not the middle and money classes it appears to be at present. When they do come to their senses, the fortunes of the Labour Party will turn round, and the Tories will not gain power.

The Labour Governments strategies of private money/public finance, profit instead of service, shareholders instead of consumers, business instead of community, and lastly hoping that an oft repeated refrain of the public's fear of a return to power by the Tories are not vote winners they are vote losers.
