Your all shouting at the union , they have said they don’t agree with this incentive scheme, they say it is un achievable, this is Royal Mail trying to make you work harder and quicker, ignore it and work normally.

If by 'Christmas bonus incentive' you mean the existing bonus scheme, if you read the LTB there is no change (this year!).
And regarding being CWU MIA in action - you are the union, what do YOU want to do? Call a ballot for strike action?
You are wasting your time with this one. They are literally posting in a thread with a document posted by the union and then complaining about the union being ‘MIA’.
Hopefully, our rep is doing his job and is providing a detailed report that due to the revisions the peak incentive scheme is pretty much impossible.
I'm sure they will send us some more hired guns (agency) to help us out because I can't see many posties wanting to stay out till 6pm finishing off their over-extended rounds.
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.
I believe next week your manager will have a huddle and try and sell you this incentive scheme. What will you be saying in response?
Better chance of clearing the office by paying out double time because this scheme isn't even dangling a carrot, it's dangling the prospect of a carrot.
