Its too late we already voted to get f****d over, this time next year the money will have all been spent and the yes voters will be moaning like f--k
These network changes were planned long before the agreement and would have been implemented regardless of how any of us voted.

That isn't guesswork because they told us implicitly and even gave us a breakdown of the effect on every office which was actually far worse than the agreement proposes.

Changes were coming and change without agreement is always historically much worse.

Is this ever going to sink in for you?

Yes voters should have no reason to moan about anything
No voters are literally drowning out everyone else with their moaning. Considering they only had like 25% of the vote it is further evidence of the vocal minority hypothesis.

Your wrong as usual, yes the pipe line was changing but the pay and conditions were all negotiable and a strong vote in response could of turned things around but we will never know, when will it sink in with you a yes vote threw it all away without a fight,if they wanted to change the conditions and pay they would of done it without the union being involved and not wait so long trying to get a yes vote, they done you like a kipper,as for your so called agreement it means nothing they are already breaking it and interpreting the way they want too, they've now seen the weakness and will take advantage of every single bullet point.

Literally where are they drowning out everyone else? On here? If you don't like it put them on ignore. Yes/no voters are
equally entitled to comment (moan), you don't have to read or respond. Same in the office!

I’m not putting anyone on ignore. I come here for information and entertainment, and sometimes even the most dullard posters will come out with a gem that satisfies one of those two criteria. Moan away no-voters!

As someone who got their ballot slip the day the result was announced I am neither a yes nor no voter, but I do think that the changes were happening regardless of the vote, and if you think a no vote would have stopped it you haven't been paying attention for the past decade.

We fought, we lost. Privatisation removed any sense of fairness from the fight: the union is hopping about talking about Queensbury rules and a fair fight while the company is setting fire to the ring

It will be the South that gets the brunt of it.

The impact is greater the further north you go.
Well I'm glad we've cleared that up :chuckle
It's the Midlands that's going to get shafted :Very Happy
Forget the times we have all been shafted by reducing IHR and the more sick pay we are going to need for walking longer,we are all just lemmings in a game to fill the rich mans wallet and i include Dave Ward and his cohorts wallets in that too.
