Re: How much redundancy do we get when RM goes broke?
Some of the language and posturing on this forum really socks at times. It's like a passive aggressive shout fest. And it smells as if some opinions are projected just to campaign personal opinions.onto others.
If I truly thought working at the RM was as bad as people suggest, I'd leave.

ehh , a wrong opinionLouBarlow wrote: ↑24 Jun 2023, 19:15It isn’t about having a different opinion, it is about having a wrong one. A no vote jeopardises the job for those of us who want to continue doing it. It isn’t a matter of opinion. RM, the CWU and the PEC are all saying this.smok3y666 wrote: ↑24 Jun 2023, 19:09Why is he/she/they/him/her/etc selfish for having a different opinion than you? Maybe it should be the other way rounf? Selfish people like you who vote "yes" and f**k it up for the rest of us.

A yes vote jeopardises the job for those of us who want to continue doing it also. People with commitments outside the new hours will have to leave, I'm not agreeing to a change of contract for anything less than I stand to lose week on week, and it's a damn lot more than what's on offer. I get it though, YOU'RE tired of fighting and they broke you. But I've still got loads left to give.LouBarlow wrote: ↑24 Jun 2023, 19:15It isn’t about having a different opinion, it is about having a wrong one. The trouble with start times is that the company can just give notice and implement it, end of.

RM not getting capital is seen as a very low risk threat according to the latest report.

I genuinely see the no voters point of view. I just feel this ship is sinking fast, a yes or no vote will still result in the same outcome.

He's clearly over aggressive whatever office he's from they tend not to be brightest of people.postieblueshirt wrote: ↑24 Jun 2023, 23:19How do you know you don't work together he could be anyone. He could be your P&L partner or anyone in your office. We may all work in the same office who knows it's all a mystery we're all made up names on a tinternet forum...richietns wrote: ↑24 Jun 2023, 19:57I'm glad I don't work with you your the over the top angry bully type.CRIBMAD wrote: ↑24 Jun 2023, 19:31I am so glad i am out soon - working with selfish c*nts like you did my head in , i bet you are one of the dickheads who come in early for nothing , run around the office like headless chickens, do not take breaks and work till all hours just so your manager will pat your arse and say well done lou my lovely ! Re: How much redundancy do we get when RM goes broke?
You pretend that voting no prevents any of that. If the deal is thrown out you will still have your starting time changed, and potentially more than the one hour as was RM’s initial plan. They haven’t broken anything. It isn’t a fight. The Postman wrote: ↑24 Jun 2023, 21:04A yes vote jeopardises the job for those of us who want to continue doing it also.
