What do you expect him to do when Royal Mail are playing games, trumping up reps and staff and sacking them, giving us a bad offer on sick pay, amongst other things.....

You people either want...

1. to just bend over to Thompson and get a poor deal

2. think he has some magic wand which should have got us a wonderful agreement 4 months ago, but he didn't use it.

If the deal is what RM have basically offered, which is 10% over 3 years, you can make that 13% over 3 years just by cancelling your union subs.

I didn't foresee so many changes just being agreed, the change in the sickness policy is a total shocker, so it seems it's the CWU who's doing the bending over.
