Re: Optima IHR
Still waiting to sign paperwork and IHR was granted 3 weeks ago. Surely this can’t be right.

A copy of the proposed agreement has just been uploaded and after having a quick look through, they are reducing the ill health amount to only 16 weeks plus up to 12 weeks PILON. So that's what you're going to receive if you've worked your ar*e of for over 30 years and body now completely knackered. Gutted that CWU did not put up a better fight.

Give it a rest. For a start it has to be voted on. And then if it is then it'll be from August.Geordiepapa wrote: ↑21 Apr 2023, 11:54A copy of the proposed agreement has just been uploaded and after having a quick look through, they are reducing the ill health amount to only 16 weeks plus up to 12 weeks PILON. Well that’s it. Last day of services was yesterday. I wish everyone well in the fight for better pay and t&c’s. I for one will be back on the picket line if need be. I never stood for 18 days on a line for nothing. Happy to keep picketing till everyone gets what they deserve from this business.

Re: Optima IHR
Did the OH gp have to get in touch with your own GP for more information? That's my concern that the occupational health gp has to contact my GP / Neurologist for more information, which will delay my IHR until after the 1st of August...underpaidoverwalked wrote: ↑07 May 2023, 08:47Well that’s it.
