Why are you prioritising tracked? It’s not company policy. Surely everyone now should be working loop to loop clearing all mail and parcels/tracked for they loops, not prioritising any products.

What can they keep talking about.I thought most of our was done and dusted weeks ago. If it’s about the suspended workers then that’s not what we were balloted for. Not the revisions either.

I think RM are using the suspended workers as a delay tactic. Ward said that the suspended workers is a very complex matter and each has different cases and they need to be resolved first. This is a perfect excuse for RM to delay an agreement

They should be, as they are part of the USO and they are guaranteed to be delivered by a certain date and time.

They might well include special delivery in the USO, but the 13:00 delivery is not. That is a separate commercial contract.

I start on time, take my breaks finish on time and go home, rinse repeat.

Ditto...don't care if they tell us to prioritise track nobody cares enough to challenge them in our office we just do it and go home on our time.

Same. We’ve been rotating duties,doing one a day,for the past month. One of us concentrates on the packets,SD’s & boxes - the other toddles off with the trolley & the 2-days worth of mail & D2D’s. We rotate this too,one week walking,one week driving. We start bang on time & do not go one second over. We are one of the few though,cannot believe there are still people in our office running about & getting stressed

and this is the most outdated of things we still do.Its moved from 12 to 13.00 in the last 30 years its irrelevant.Next day yes but 1pm not needed.

Designed for a time on a Saturday when your first delivery was at 07:00, last delivery 10:00 and football at 15:00

How long before you get conducted for will full delay even if it was not you who delayed the mail but managers with a bonus for giving you more work than anyone can do? Just tell them your not doing it anymore and will bring it back every day!
