Once we had a system, if you're going to that address with a parcel, at least take the letters for that address too. Absolute common sense, and the right thing to do.
Now the letters aren't even being processed, they stay on the yorks or in the trays.
Those letters will contain life and death hospital appointments but are ignored in favour of a phone charger or a hairbrush in a packet.
Wouldn't you think that someone from either RM or CWU would be putting an urgent message across the news channels urging anyone expecting NHS appointment letters or test results to phone their GP/ hospital to check as they are unlikely to get this weeks mail,this week?

Why they said they were prioritising them letters and that every office was cleared by 10,000 people/??????? and they don't prioritise parcels packets over letters? and there is no backlog and we have a good and fair pay deal and we are greedy!
