And that is exactly the problem. You cannot have a privatised former state monopoy remain that monopoly provider post privatisation.
Look at British Gas and Transco or BT and Openreach?
This is why I believe Royal Mail will be broken up into individual private companies with this dispute

VAT on private schools nil VAT on most stuff 20% even tampons have VAT and other things but the rich do as rich is best avoid tax by lack of legislation of tax who the may pay themselves.
