Every strike hurts everyday we get closer to christmas and everyday customers the ones that actually post the parcels look at what the hell is the CEO of royal mail on and will send business elsewhere. It is his own fault for failing to engage with the workforce so he has failed whatever he says just makes it ten times worse. More strikes more business lost get someone who can run a business not some government reject who cannot engage with the workforce or it's representatives!
