Ban overtime but not ATD. In fact, after a strike, any abnormal OT is meant to be banned by RM anyway.

People are doing overtime so as to afford to take strike action. I’d rather they do this than cross a picket line. It is all well and good people who still live with their parents or have no kids to feed, acting all militant, but people in the real world are trying to survive. Stop moaning about people doing OT and save your ire for the w*****s causing these strikes.

What is annoying me is, While we are all losing a days pay striking. Delivery staff at Bradford North and I'm sure other delivery offices are just swapping there rest days so they don't lose anything.

Essentially amounts to management asking/them asking management for their day off to be swapped to the strike day that week

You wouldn’t go around telling people that you’ve asked that but yet think it’s ok to work the rest day of the strike week and still do 5 days - it’s the same thing

RM stated at the start, you are not allowed to swap days off or book AL on strike days so how is that happening? Grass the screw up to the CEO and I'm sure he will put a stop to it as he wants us hurting.
