I agree and I feel like we are being set up. To me it seems as though RM’s plan started before the last ballot with the main objective being to weaken the Union. If I wasn’t for covid, I think that this present showdown would have come earlier.
They have gone out of their way to anger us, knowing that we will vote to strike and I think that they are expecting a lot of members to break a strike due to the cost of living crisis.
These stories that they are putting out are just to distract us, that’s why they don’t make sense.

I can't wrap my head around this.

Being generous, maybe he's thinking of people who would be on parcels only? You come in, load a pre-sorted york into your van, and off you go? But even that would take time, and who would sort the parcels?

Nope, I'm stumped. He must just be galactically clueless. At least he's no-one important like a Director, eh?
