s**t don’t flow uphill

The s**t shouldn't be flowing towards those least able to deal with it.
That is the point of being in a union. We use our collective strength to protect the weakest.
We circle our wagons to protect the weakest not to protect the privileges of the chosen few.

Someone isn't happy?
I expect my union to take its lead from Robin Hood. Instead it reminds me of Hendrik Frensch Verwoerd.

There are many battles out there in our workplace you just have to choose which ones wisely because some are far bigger than any individual and sometimes the union are your worse enemy in 32 years service I have had many battles and I still am just find it easier and less stressful to wriggle in the system but hope u all get whatever it is u want in time
