I have asked for the policy to be looked at - it is not fair that 95,000 of the team take <2 days a year off sick - and the other 35,000 take off weeks - we need everyone to take an equal workload - that said - we will always support the c800 who have had the misfortune to be on long term sick….

If Simon had done a few years as a postie maybe he’d realise what it does to the body.

Looking at my iphone health stats ive climbed 179 flights of stairs since Tuesday, and there’ll be another 60-70 added to that tomorrow. And i do that 48 weeks a year. 10ish miles per day mostly hills and steps. In all weathers. I was dead on my feet by 12:30 today and it was only about 20 degrees. Im already dreading the 25+degree days we will get over the summer, it’s literally hell in and out of a shitty old van with no air con.

Is the guy surprised that sickness levels are high? Im 38 years old and i feel 58. I cannot imagine doing this in another 10 years let alone in my fifties!

It’s obvious these last 12 or so months he is attempting to scare people, passive-aggressive attempts at mental blackmail, etc.

My thoughts exactly does the CEO pull his weight after the £37 billion fiasco of test and trace or is this all a smoke stream from poor form and the blame anyone else culture that has emboldened this sad sack of a CEO!
