Feel exactly the same. It is horrible going in not knowing where you'll be working. Every day a new partner, making it impossible to plan your day, how you'll manage dinner or if you'll finish on time.

Normally put where the fires are.

I agree that a pay rise would be very welcome but to say we'll be on par
without a significant rise is a bit of a stretch.

Our 18+ rate after 12 months 12.77 or thereabouts now compared with
NLW for 23yo of 8.91 (now) a 30% difference, then 9.50 from April, a 25% difference.

That's also without any RM pension contributions included.
