Very unusual: it's probably 99.5% men in my delivery office. But how would it work with the 'job of two halves' - the postie's job, I mean: once we are out on our walks, we're on our own: is there a slight hint in your comment that we might use our "other halves" as some sort of vehicle, to aid our movements on the ground? And if so, how would that impact on our overtime or ear ache? And what would the neighbours think if people started calling my other half, "the local bike"? I shudder to think! Image Please advise! :chuckle

In our delivery office - as I imagine in most across the country - we move around freely like un-caged chickens (?) and have a little squawk with whomever of our neighbours we choose. That's thanks to guys like you in MDECs doing your jobs and everyone else in the pipeline. In my city, I've seen a fair few delivery offices and to tell you the truth, a lot of them are pokey, little places where you couldn't swing a mouse - never mind a cat - around in them. Our delivery office is big and airy and we also don't have the annoying lights that have apparently been recently installed in the MDEC's. Also, on the subject of, "breeziness", there's a fair amount of "wind" (if you get my drift) which passes between the sorting frames and up and down the aisles: finding the "senders" of said-wind is often an adventure in itself!
