i have applied 3 times with scuny DO and rejected and 1 time with brigg rejected its getting obvious i have been blacklisted now

Maybe try getting back via a job agency? Despite what they say RM will need extra people over Christmas. You might not get your old office but it should not be too hard to impress management compared to the normal agency workers. From there get a manager to recommend you.

How long ago did you leave RM? There might be a block on anyone re-joining RM within a certain amount of time of leaving RM
